Wow is that no fun. What you can't see very well are the broken blood vessels around my eyes from throwing up yesterday. I'll try to get a photo of this to post because it's scary.

In my private email to you, I said it had only been 3 months since your surgery, but I realize it has only been TWO months since the bypass. Honey, you need to be much gentler with yourself; you're pushing too hard. Yes, the same foods can be tolerated well one day and horribly the next, but you're going way too fast. Corned beef two months after bypass? Seriously? I don't know if cabbage makes you gassy, but your gas-triggers should be avoided for a while, too. At two months post-op, your pouch is still raw. Please, be kinder to it; be kinder to yourself. xoxo Bonnie
